These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr222 ("pkr222", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr222 platform, website located at pkr222.pro, mobile applications, software, games, betting services, and all related content and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pkr222 Platform.

pkr222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register for and use the pkr222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr222 strictly enforces a 21+ policy across all services. Players under 21 years old are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pkr222 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the pkr222 Platform or any related platform operated by pkr222.

pkr222 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a player's use of the Platform and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. We take our obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

To access the full range of pkr222 services, you must create a single registered account ("Account"). The following rules apply to all pkr222 accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update your details promptly if any information changes. pkr222 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr222 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
4. Unauthorised Access: You must notify pkr222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised. pkr222 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
5. Account Closure: You may request closure of your pkr222 Account at any time by contacting our support team. pkr222 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred.

All financial transactions on the pkr222 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr222 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on pkr222 is Rs 500. Deposits can be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your pkr222 account within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. pkr222 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the pkr222 Finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is under one hour for verified accounts. Diamond VIP and Platinum tier members benefit from expedited processing with near-instant transfers available around the clock.

4.3 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal
Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

• pkr222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the pkr222 account.
• pkr222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits are non-refundable once wagered. Unplayed deposits may be returned to the originating payment method subject to anti-money laundering compliance review.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Requesting a new bonus before satisfying the requirements of a current bonus will result in the cancellation of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: pkr222 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, and using automated betting strategies in connection with bonus funds. Any such behaviour will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, reversal of any related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr222 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, submitting forged documents, or any other form of deception directed at pkr222 or its employees.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkr222 Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. pkr222 is committed to full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or sports betting market available on pkr222.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with pkr222 games in an automated manner.
• Account Sharing: Permitting another individual to access, operate, or place bets using your pkr222 account, or accessing another player's account under any circumstances.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one pkr222 account per person, per household, or per device, for any reason including circumventing promotional restrictions or account bans.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, platform errors, pricing mistakes, or any technical malfunction to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after wagering deposited funds on the Platform.

Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a coping mechanism for stress or personal difficulties.

All pkr222 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr222 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkr222 content without our prior written consent.
• Use any pkr222 brand marks, logos, or trade names in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the pkr222 Platform using automated tools for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game provided through the pkr222 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pkr222 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr222 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

Specifically, and without limiting the foregoing, pkr222 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from telecommunications network outages, internet service interruptions, or device failures beyond pkr222's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from game outcome disputes where the certified RNG result has been independently verified as correct.
• Any indirect financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, including lost wages, business losses, or opportunity costs.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkr222's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

pkr222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes via:

• An email notification to your registered pkr222 email address;
• A prominent notice displayed on the pkr222 Platform upon your next login; or
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations, or updates required to comply with applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pkr222 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the internal policies of pkr222.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and pkr222 arising from your use of the Platform, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days through our internal review process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be escalated to pkr222's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, details of which will be provided to you upon escalation. You agree to exhaust pkr222's internal dispute resolution procedure before pursuing any external remedy.

pkr222 game results are determined by certified RNG systems. In the event of a technical dispute regarding game outcomes, the result recorded in pkr222's server logs shall be the definitive record of the transaction and shall take precedence over any display error experienced by a player's device or browser.
